Nicolas Merzlak, DO Dr. Nicolas Merzlak, DO is a family medicine physician with AHN Primary Care Institute. He then completed medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. He completed his family medicine residency at AHN Forbes in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Merzlak is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He takes pride in helping prevent illnesses in his patients and in improving the health of the communities he serves.
