Just bought my 7th car from them went to other dealers to look at other cars no other used car lot is like atlantic clean neat all cars are clean and most of them are loaded with options staff was great would definitely buy another car or truck from them again

Pain an regret from buying my first car at this lot.I am eighteen and alone an know nothing of buying a car and this rat took advantage of my lack of mechanical knowledge.

These guy are scammers. There is this douche bag there called Brian, he is so rude. They don't return calls, and are very unprofessional! I will not recommend this place to the worst of my enemies.

Business is business! The clear lack of education from the complaining customers is insane! The staff at Atlantic (Atwood Ave) was very professional and knowledgeable about cars. They had an Acura TL for a decent price, and with proper negotiation, I received a great deal. I took the Acura to my mechanic during the warranty time frame, and he 100% approved.



Also, the four new tires and full gas tank didn't hurt! Most used vehicle dealership will sell you a car with old tires and a quarter tank.

The Atlantic Auto I buy my vehicles from is the one on 616 Atwood Avenue in Cranston.
The dealership is the nicest, cleanest place I have ever been in, it's a classy operation.

The owner is the extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the buying process and beyond knowledgeable in all types of vehicles.

If you are in the market for a vehicle, have an idea of what you absolutely need and they will help you.

I have never felt more humiliated and furious walking out of any business before in my life.



I was looking at a 2004 Jeep Liberty, that was advertised online for about 6k. When I got there however, it was actually up for 7k.



The sales rep gave me the keys to start it and check it out. After a few minutes of checking the electronics inside, I stepped out and asked to take it for a test drive. He responded by saying "Are you going to finance it?"



I haven't been in the car for 5 minutes, and he's already talking about money. Then he starts saying how he's only looking for serious buyers, and says that given the price range I came in with, there's no point in even taking it for a test drive.



In all fairness, I get it. I'm a younger buyer, and it's natural for any dealer to be weary. However, the sales person was very rude. He really had no idea what my price range was, and he didn't try to work with me or show me another car, he just immediately brushed me off. He was condescending and arrogant, and his treatment of a potential customer was shocking and completely unprofessional and unacceptable.



Do yourself a favor and go a couple hundred feet in either direction on Atwood Ave and check out the other dealers. Some of the inventories aren't as good, but at least most of them won't immediately treat a potential customer like dirt.

DO NOT STEP FOOT INSIDE THIS BUSINESS!!



You will get scammed, lose money and be then be threatened by the owner. Seriously, no matter how good you think a price of a car or truck may be at this place, spend more at the competitor!
