Provided by YP.comIf I could give this 'car dealer' ZERO stars, I would; one star is way too generous. I guarantee that if you try to do business with this place, you will end up getting screwed. Unbelievably condescending workers-I had one guy take out his phone and blatantly look at the time while we were talking with him. That doesn't even begin to explain the bad service we received at this place. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!

Provided by YP.comI advise NO-ONE to go to Atlantic Auto Center. Everyone working there is a joke. Very Rude and Ignorant. My first visit there was not all that bad but the second visit was horrible. I was given an attitude by the salesmen. I was lied to and also ignored. The owner was also standing there with nothing at all to say either. My Vehicle was put in the back of the garage and had excess auto parts thrown on top when I showed up to pick it up. Nothing worked and the service was terrible. Even one of the owners headlights of their own vehicle was not even working, whats that say for a service center!! I advice once again for No One to buy or Service their vehicle there. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMS!!! Thank you.

So, after my online review of this company, here is the threatening email I got back from Atlantic Auto:

Really??? Insults and threats? Despite the fact that this threat rhymes, I guess its good that I got legal evidence of his intent to harm me in some way.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
So, I inquired about this car through Kelley Blue Book online. I used their site to send them an offer for $1000 MORE than the Suggested Retail Price, which I thought was fair (P.S. they were charging TWICE as much as local competition)...this is the unprofessional and condescending reply I got from Charles Russo:
"[email protected] If u can find a Z3 like this good for u.Maybe Kelly Blue Book can find u onefor $6000"
If this is how they treat POTENTIAL customers, i can only imagine the treatment on the lot, or when you have an issue. Good Job Atlantic. My Plan? Spend MORE at your competitor. One who VALUES customer service. I am a District Manager for a chain of retail stores here, and if any of my employees were so rude and unprofessional they wouldn't have a job, period.
