Used their "mediation" service to settle a case. They are useless. You are better off talking directly to attorneys directly. Charles Newman does NOT answer to emails, does not talk to the other party's lawyers, and it took almost 2 months for the case to settle...TWO months of constantly emailing and calling Mr. Newman about the case and TWO months of worrying about the case. and in the end I had to talk to other parties directly. I ended up settling directly. Mr Newman is useless and I wish I could get my money back. Again, they are useless. He does NOT negotiate for you, even though you PAID him also $500.00. Waste of time and waste of money. All I wanted was to end the case as fast as possible and he can't even do that.
