Worst service ever, the owner Scooter stole all my jewerly after being talking to him through the phone for many times, dont go there if you dont want to lose your jewerly, they invent stories and they plan on the jewerly they like and know they will get many thousands, even if you go and pay the interests they give you stuped excuses to do not give you back the items. They are rude and bad customer service.

I guarantee when you bought that ring for $2500 you didn't ask them why so expensive.... huh? Its people like you that gets them angry towards customers. Maybe if you were responsible and took care of your finances you wouldn't have to search for money and get upset when you find out the true value of your item. I always come to purchase things from the shop and they are the kindest people ever.

Worst pawn shop in the Joliet / Crest Hill area. Peroid. Customer service was rude and I felt disrespected the entire time I was in the shop. Also out of the 4 or 5 shops i visited that day they offered the lowest amount of money for my items. Personally, I will never visit this shop again and I suggest calling around to the other shops in Joliet before settling on there ridiculously small over priced loans. For an example I brought in a $2500 engagement ring that I had bought for a girl I am no longer with. All I wanted was a loan so that I could pay my rent for the month. I wanted the ring back. The guy behind the counter only offered me $150 loan for the ring. When I asked if they could give me more on the loan, the guy was very rude a told me I was lucky he would give me that and I was better off keeping it. Personally, I would call around to the other shops in Joliet / Crest Hill before even attempting to take my items into there shop. Good luck to anyone who still choose to visit there shop.

Great customer service! Purchased a ring for my wife here. We took it to a jewelry store for sizing where they noticed there was something wrong with the ring. Contacted the store, after explaining the situation the owner call me back and took care of everything the same day. The owner went above and beyond taking care of us.
