I have lived in Twin Peaks for 27 years and have shopped at GOODWINS many times. I have spent my last dollar in this store. Their customer service is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. I have spent almost thirty years in the grocery business and never treated any customer like I have been treated in this store!!!!! On more than one occasion I have purchased food that was either out of code or plain rotten (chicken to be exact). When I returned these items on different occasions I was treated as if it was my fault. When I worked for VONS GROCERY CO we treated our customers with respect and not only apologized, gladly replaced the item with the same or better. GOODWINS needs a class in customer relations to say the least!!!!!!!!!!
