this is the worst mistake I have ever made dr. plank did carpal tunnel surgery for an impact injury then misdiagnosed a nerve problem when it was torn tendons and muscles. he prescribed a anti convulsant call gabapentine and now I have no nerves in my feet. he then falsified records to cover up these facts. stay away from this place at all costs.

I have never been treated so rudely by a receptionist and they wouldn't even give me an appointment they said they would have to call me back they called three days before & confirm the appointment at 10:30 again the receptionist was completely rude she completely ignored me I didn't even know she was done with me until I asked when I asked her for a business card she said I already gave you one I would not recommend this particular location to anyone ever didn't get the receptionist name but she is a real b****
