We called the office two times on Monday June 7 for are MIL who is 87 years old complaining of terrible back pain. We called again on Tuesday morning without a call back again. I finally got a call back in the afternoon on Tuesday after I hit the option 4 on the phone that was for Physicians or the hospital. They ordered her an xray but then I said she was in horrible pain and can she have something for that. Again no phone call back and then I called the office and asked what the decision was. She told me the NP was in a room and would call me back. It is not 8:15 pm and no call back so she will be in pain all night. Not impressed with this office at all!
