Great service and quality - went beyond expectations with finishing touches.

Mike was most helpful getting my three 30 year old VHS tapes transferred to DVD. Mike did an excellent job reassuring me that all would be well with leaving the tapes with him. The quality was as good as the VHS tapes allowed. We will now take our wedding tape (as old as the others) to Mike for transferring to DVD.

I AM SO GLAD I FOUND CREATE A VIDEO. MY LATE HUSBAND HAD LOTS OF FILM AND SLIDES OF OUR FAMILY AND MIKE AT CREATE A VIDEO HELPED ME PRESERVE THEM ON DVD FOR EASY VIEWING. I RECEIVED QUALITY WORK AND GREATE SERVICE.

Let me get back to you when my order is completed. Local is paramount when letting precious video tapes out of your hands. Mike was very helpful in explaining what he could do for me and even showed me how it would work. If I get exactly what I saw when I dropped off my tape - I will be ecstatic.
