These folks also are a authorized UPS shipping outlet.We have been using another UPS deal to ship etc. Sometimes we do have to return something to Amazon or Ebay where they have sent us a return label for free shipping back. We decided to try this particular dealer because they are a bit closer to us. We were told there is a $2 charge on all PREPAID labeled items. Obviously we took our box and left and went to our other UPS store but we think this is a really bad business practice and makes UPS look bad as well. All's this guy has to do is put our box back for UPS to pick it up and he wants $2 !!! I don't think so.

TERRIBLE! Damages are well over $5,000 so far and Dave Woodson the owner hung up on me when trying to get claim paper work. They use the Atlas VanLines name, but are only an agent. Atlas customer service said they have nothing to do with their customer service issues. I have pictures, but can not attach them to this post.
