Great place to buy quality meat at a great price

I needed some steaks for dinner, I was entertaining some friends, One of my guest worked with meat and he knew a nice cut of meat when he saw it, I wet to Brickyard meats and Ernie cut the meat for me on the spot. He sugessted some nice Fliet Mignon steaks. I am glad he did they were just perfect, my guests were so happy with dinner! I also picked up my sons favorite beef jerkey (OMG) and the best italian and summer sausages I have ever had. Tamara, Carol and Ernie own Brick Yard Meat Processing what a nice, honest family and their business shows. I highly reccomend this business for any kind of quality meat and you can't beat the prices.
