I have only been there one time but I had to wait over an hour in the waiting room and over an hour in the patient room to see the dr for 10 min. I think they misplaced my file and I didn't get called back when I should have. I heard the receptionist and nurse talking and when I looked they were looking at me and picked up a file. I was called back right after that and the nurse said are you ready finally. I was sent for an MRI and it took 2 months to get the results. When I left after my first appt they made my next appt for 3 months away. So even though I finally got the results of the MRI it doesn't do any good because I still have a month to go to see the dr.
