Provided by YP.comI was in the market for some rims for my Impala and a close friend of mine recommended Joker's Audio beside Town Center Mall. He said he never personally went there, but he's only seen their show cars parked in front. I was hesitant about going there because i figured they were going to be too expensive for my budget. I walked in the store and they had EVERYTHING in stock! Upon entering the building I was greeted by a young man named Sam. Sam took the time to explain everything I needed for my Impala and quoted me a lower price than AREA 41 where they didn't seem to have a clue about what they were talking about. Not to mention that I waited about 15 minutes at AREA 41 for someone to come to the front to even talk to me. And just to make matters worse, every time I asked about something, it had to be ordered. They seemed like they had merchandise in the store, but the guy just didn't really care to help me at all. The selection of stereos at Jokers Audio was incredible compared to AREA 41. I bought my entire audio system and my wheels and tires from Sam at Joker's. The customer service was great and the installation was nothing short of phenomenal. I felt like I was taken care of by the entire crew. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for anything for their car. I will definitely be back to get my car tinted at Joker's. A++++++

Provided by YP.comI actually disagree with the previous comments, before I went out to buy new door speakers for my car I checked around the other audio stores in Dalton to get a brief estimate on how much it would cost me. I went to all the little hispanic places that didn't seem to have much experience in what they were doing so I decided to stick with getting my stuff at jokers. The young man that helped me was such a delight to work with, I recommend asking for Sam when you go to that store. He helped me get the perfect door speakers for my car by letting me listen to all the ones that had on display, while I waited me and my restless 2 year old sat in there waiting area and Sam came by almost every 10 minutes to check on us and ask if we needed anything.. He was extremely polite and his friendliness would really make him the reason I would recommend this store to anyone! They will take care of you.

Provided by YP.comI can't believe these guys are in business. I asked for a simple MP3 hookup to be plugged into one of my dash panels. Instead, Joker's Audio disassembled the entire dash by gauging and scratching each of the panels and breaking three dash covers, and they installed an iPod hookup instead of an MP3 jack- which is useless with my Zune. After scraping up the dash, busting the dash doors, and installing the wrong thing the wrong way, they gave me back the car and didn't mention the damage they'd caused (like we wouldn't notice)! After we said something about it, they said they would fix the damage, and install the correct part for free. They did fix the gauges to where you wouldn't see them if you didn't know they were there, but they decided the correct part was $100 (retail) more than they thought, so it didnt make good business sense to give it to us after all! If anyone is thinking of doing business with these guys, stay far far away!

Provided by YP.comI got a DVD player for my kids with them cause they beat the price of other local retailers. Then it broke 5 or six times at initial install. Supposed to have a year warranty, but they are refusing to honor it when it broke down again less than 6 months later and told me that I tampered with the device.
Son of the owner, Ali, even cussed me out after his cousin Omar had offered to drop me off and promised to pick me up while they worked on my vehicle. Ali said that he was f---- doing me a favor by dropping me off and that he didn't have to come get me...he didn't run an F--- vallet service. They left me stranded so that I had to have a police escort to get my van.
Will be picking up the paper work to take them to small claims court on Monday.

I was unlucky enuff to do buisness with these inexperienced children whom are pretending to be audio experts.
I will not go into full detail with the entire bad experience I will however state that before it was I ended up paying over $1600.00 more than I would have because I was trying to save $100.00. This includes time missed from work, repairs due to inexperienc, and OH Yeah while my family and I were on vacation in Florida my vehicle also ( caught on fire while we were driving ) because the placement of a switch was placed inapproiately and short circuited which inturn burnt up the wiring that was also ran wrong according to a professional installer whom had over 14 years expeirence in the field. I highly recommend spending the extra money that other shops may charge and staying as far away as possible from these children. I also recommend checking out the shop that you choose to do the installation no matter how long ( they say ) that they have been doing this. Check refference!!!!!
