Good food, great service, fun atmosphere. Great place to go with friends or family for a bite to eat or out for drinks. Big screen tv's everywhere with all the games for every sport.

RUDE, SARCASTIC, LIAR FOR A MANAGER
Ordered burger Md-Rare; waitress CONFIRMED. Sent it back when it came Md-Well (barely pink.) Second burger came, again, barely pink. Asked to have it taken off bill. Manager came over and not only did he say my burger was absolutely Md-Rare, he ARGUED, MADE FACES, and said his restaurant broke the law for me: "It's actually against Florida law to cook burgers less than Medium but we do it for our customers, I'm shocked my cooks made this for you." With 10 yrs in the restaurant business, it was the first time I had heard of this law. He continued to talk down to me and make me feel worthless. Waited 15 min for the check AND made eye contact with my waitress but she just walked back inside. We had to get our own napkins and silverware and I had to ask twice for my burger toppings. I called Shenanigans West and this restaurant asking if Md-Rare burgers were served: answer was YES. I even called Flanigans and even they serve Md-Rare burgers. I am FURIOUS

The people that reviewed this place in June must have had a bad day. This place has new floor tiles and a new counter at the bar. The staff is friendly and nobody bothers you. It is a great local bar. I have been coming here on and off for 5 years.

The owner of the place is extremely rude to the partons. This "owner" came to the table when the waitress did not correctly take the order and said (and I quote): "what is the problem?". When we explained, he said "I get people in here all the time trying to get out of paying for their order." The owner said "well, I guess you will just have to take it like it is (I am not making this up - even the chef apologized on his behalf!). At this point, we decided to leave - as we were walking by, the owner said to his staff; "those people are liars". We have been going to that place for a year and this is the first contact I have ever had with the owner and as a result of the horrendous customer service (and general lack of common courtesy), I would be remiss if I did not warn others. That owner does not deserve anyone's patronage.
