I would tell everyone to stay away from this bank. They act so nice when you open an account . But when you get overcharge from someone else making a mistake theyw ill slap a charge on your account, even though you had nothing to do with it. I plan on taking them to small claims court. HORRIBLE.

Do yourself a favor and go to another bank. This place is horrible. They will nickle and dime you with hidden fees and make mistakes on your account When you call them they will say they will look into it, and that is the last you will hear from them... If they make a mistake on your account and access feees you will pay and not them.

Go somewhere else bad service. mistakes GALORE with your account and you pay for them. THEY RRELY RETURN CALLS AND ATTMEPT TO BLAME THEIR MISTAKES ON THE CUSTOMER OR ANYONE ELSE.

This is a very bad bank with very bad service. They make mistakes with your account and make you pay for them. When you call them they will say they will look into it and return your call. IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN. I have done business with shady organizations in the past but this bank is near the bottom. in service and reliability.
