This is by far the worst Chili's I have ever been to. This whole dinner (my birthday) took an hour and a half from the moment we walked in the door. The manager has no idea what he is doing and the staff don't either. Food came out cold, waiter forgot to even bring us chips and salsa. It took 30 MINUTES to get chips and salsa. When I told the manager he said waiting an hour for food when the restaurant was half empty is normal. When I explained to the manager Paul that I would be reaching out to corporate to complain he seemed to not even care. I'm not a restaurant owner but if it was my million dollar investment I wouldn't leave this incompetent staff in charge.
