I went in to this salon after reading the rave reviews they have recently received, and all I can say is that the buzz is absolutely true. I have never been in a more welcome salon with scuh a friendly staff. I had my hair done by the manager, Alicia, and she was magnificent. Not only did she do an amazing job on my hair and make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, she greeted each customer that came through the door with a smile, and she knew who most of them were! She has a wonderful personality and is truly a fabulous hair stylist. I can't wait to come back next time!!

I have found my hairdresser FOR LIFE!!!!! I had my hair cut by Ashley, and I look fabulous! I had been doing the same old thing to my hair since I was a kid, and once I got control of my hair when I "grew up" I never made a change from what my mom had always chosen for me. Ashley asked me if I wanted to make a few small tweaks, and I have never been happier!!! I had never gone to a hairdresser more than once on purpose because I was never happy with my hair, but I wasn't sure how to change it, and with a few small changes Ashley has changed my life forever.

What a great salon! Such a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff! I went in with a few questions and everyone there was able to answer them and help me out! Glenda did my hair and eyebrows and everything turned out just beautiful! My cut, color, and eye brows have never looked so great. And the manager, Alicia, was so friendly and made sure I knew that if I needed anything they could get it for me! They even made a fresh pot of coffee because I mentioned off hand that it would be nice to have a cup! If I could give them 100 stars, I would!!!!!

Today I went to Hair Masters to get my hair cut just like many times before, but there was something missing...Michael. Although he wasn t there I allowed another girl cut my hair. After a hair cut that took forever I went home to blow dry and straighten it. It was awful! I was in tears and didn t know what to do. I didn t want them to touch my hair. I did however find where Michael opened up a new salon and called him and he fixed what I thought was unfixable. I am very happy with my hair now. When I went to Hair Masters to get a refund they didn t even seem to care that they messed up my hair. I will never be going back there again. If anyone wants a great place to get their hair done go see Michael at Shears Studio And Spa 863-424-6201.

I love the direction and attention I get to better my hair health. Gretchen is the BEST! I absolutely LOVE her service! The manager (Michael is always available to help and direct as well, he is the manager.) I insist on even using Gretchen for my daughter who is 8yrs old, that I could simply go to a $8 place to have cut. FABULOUS!
