Billy and Michael (Job # HD808311) installed our new Lennox furnace on 3/31/18. They were very efficient and friendly. They updated us with their progress as they worked and were very careful to not leave any mess behind. They explained all of the features of our new system thoroughly upon completion. I would highly recommend them, we couldn't be happier.

The old furnace in our toy warehouse at Toys for Tots Genesee County broke. We contacted Mr. Holland ~ a true supporter of our program ~ and he sent a service tech (Chris) over to inspect it. Turns out, the heat exchanger was cracked. Yikes. Fast forward ... Mr. Holland generously provided a new Lennox furnace, complete with install, at 50% cost savings. The installers, Damon & Andrew (and Andy & Mike) were all courteous, professional ~ and humorous! ~ at all time. Their work was efficient, and clean ~ no mess left behind.
Toys for Tots Genesee County is grateful for Mr. Holland, the crew, and Holland Heating & Cooling. We are truly blessed, and we Thank them all.

We recently purchased a mini split system through Home Depot.

Their installers/contractors are Holland Heating.
Brad & Nevin called to let us know when they would arrive this am to install our new AC system. They were very professional and did all they could to protect our home while working both in and outside. They completed the job and cleaned up so well I thought they may have vacuumed the carpet for us. They were helpful in explaining the system and remote and showed us how to use the system.
These guys and Holland Heating did a great job!

holland installed our whole home generater. Their service was top notch. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the product and choices. We selected the Honeywell generater. The job number HD808225 was started and completed and August 22, 2018. Terry the electrician was awesome. Terry explained and demostrated how the generater works after the install was complete. It took about 7 hours start to finish with the install but it was well worth it. The technicians Cliff and John we super and very professional. They left the area looking better than it did when they arrived. I highly recommend Holland Heating!

Michael & Jason did Job RA807273 on 27 July 2018 installing a 3 ton RHEEM Air Conditioner. They both were professional and courteous. After installation they provided instruction on how to use the unit and how to best take care of the unit long term. The best part of the whole job was the clean up at the end. You couldn't tell they had installed a major appliance. We are extremely pleased the finished product. They will be requested for any further work we may have. Thank you for an excellent experience.

On 7/31/2018 we had Holland Heating and Cooling (HD807103) install a Home Generator and are very satisfied! From our first contact with Joe (our sales person who had all the answers to our questions and his recommendations and was always available for questions and also helped us through every step of the process) to the installation crew (TJ, Nick, & Terry) was a great experience. The installing of the unit by TJ & Nick was very methodic and careful with a very "eager to please" attitude. Terry was the electrician who was very professional and very educated/talented with his important role in the process of making sure that everything was hooked up correctly and running. This was a big complicated part in the process that went very well. After the installation, everyone cleaned up and discarded all of the crates, wires and material left over from the job. By the time they finished, the generator looked like it was a natural part of the yard. Thank you everyone for a job well done!! Signed - a happy homeowner.

Holland installed new furnace and AC unit. Installers were Bart and Mike and they were professional, knowledgeable, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. Also, the office staff is very helpful and accommodating.

Holland Heating was our installer for the standby generator system we purchased through Home Depot. We were very impressed by Piper and Terry who did the installation. They explained the options for the placement and the factors involved. They listened to our concerns and patiently answered all of our questions. They were both very hard working in spite of the hot humid weather. The one thing that really stood out is that we felt they were working with and for us rather than just completing a job. Awesome job! We had a whole house generator and a central air unit installed and they sent 5 guys to install it in one day! The electricians (Mike and Bill) even came back the following day to work with our propane company that didn't show up to run their line as they were supposed to the day of installation! From the start Charley who came immediately to our house to tell us what our heating and cooling options were to Bart and Bob who did the installation- who by the way kept the work area clean and explained what they were doing and why. We just had the crew here to install our Briggs and Stratton generator! These guys were friendly, approachable, professional, courteous, and seasoned with knowledge of their job! Piper, Bob, Mark, and John were great. We were extremely pleased with their work...on JOB # HD 806211. What peace of mind to have such an awesome generator that goes on automatically if we loose power! We were so so grateful to have this installed.

Holland Heating is the best!! The crew came an afternoon earlier than we expected. They were only going to get things torn apart for installation the next day. Instead they stayed until the job was finished. We had air that night and my next day was free. They were very thorough explaining how everything worked and maintenance schedules. Billy, Andrew, Josh, TJ & Damon were a great crew. Very respectful & pleasant. Everything was so clean when they left. Couldn’t tell they had been here. Thanks Holland for a great job!

TJ, Josh and Mike installed a new furnace/air conditioner (WO HD806145)in my home on June 14, 2018. They did an outstanding job. They made sure they protected carpets and work spaces from damage or dirt. They quickly answered all my questions and made sure I knew how everything work They gave me some tips on how to maximize the system's performance and do some routine maintenance between service visits. They also did a few extra things I did not expect to make sure the installation was top notch. They were very easy to talk with. The salesman, Bob, was very thorough in explaining his recommendation for the best product fit for me and efficiently processing the order. I highly recommend this Company if you are looking for a new HVAC system.

The installation of the new energy efficient furnace and air conditioner, began with a service call on the old units. Instead of just servicing the units, several future problems were noted and their salesman was out the same day and the new furnace and air conditioner were selected. Their installation team, Andy and Bob (job# RA608124), were professional, knowledgeable and personable. The day long install went well and all the old equipment and trash from the install were removed by the end of the day. A very satisfying experience. I was glad to do business with Holland Heating.

Had Holland install an air conditioner and a 2 stage furnace July 20, 2017. Best decision we have made. Our home was consistently warm over the winter and the air conditioner has been awesome this warm spring. Jake and Josh were top notch, and did a nice job with installation and clean up! HD707201
