Jeff Pratt from Holland Heating and Cooling came out to look at our furnace. I usually like to try and fix my own stuff but I'm not super familiar with furnaces. So Jeff took the time to explain everything to me while he performed the maintenance. He took about an hour and when he was done the furnace was running like a champ again. These guys seem like a good company

I had my oil burning furnace replaced with a gas furnace. This included removal of the oil tank from my basement as well as removal of the old furnace and installation of the new one. It was a somewhat complicated job and it required a long day's work. The Holland Heating technicians, T.J. and Bill, were great. They were knowledgeable, courteous, professional, efficient and pleasant to work with. I really appreciate the effort they put forth to insure no damage was done to my home when the tank was removed and the care they took in doing a truly professional installation. Thanks to Holland Heating and their great employees I am warm and smiling this evening.

This is the place to call for service, or to get a new furnace installed. I have used this business for service and new furnace installations. Service is excellent! Thanks to, Job and Brett for the Installation, Terry for the service call, Todd, who I talked to when I had further problems at night, Dave (the service manager?), and everybody else that helped me out. this business deserves a 5 star rating.

Holland Heating is an exceptional service company. They provide expediate service, exceptional care, with employees who are wonderful. Neil took very good care of us in our time of need when our heater quit during a bad winter storm. He was so helpful, informative and professional. Damon and Bill installed our new furnace with speed and efficiency. They were very professional and careful. Their kindness was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them for repair and new installation.

Damon and Job C. are top notch techs. We are very please with the quality of service we received with the installation of our new furance and air conditioner. They even spent all the time we needed to learn to run the systems properly. Would recommend them to anyone wanting or needing a new heating and cooling system. We were very pleased with the way they respected our home. Thanks guys!!!

I would recommend Holland Heating and Cooling to anyone. Doug G. came and gave me an estimate. He was professional, friendly and great in helping me decide which products to go with. My furnace was installed in a timely manner on the day I requested, and their cleanup was excellent. Woke up to get ready for work and had no heat! I called Holland Heating and Niel Castle was the technician that was at my house in just over an hour. He diagnosed our problem, changed the part, checked the rest of the furnace and was gone in about 40 minutes - we had heat! The best part of all was that the price was very reasonable - very - considering I made an emergency call.

My wife and I had a new furnaced installed by Holland Heating and Cooling and are very happy with the quality of the unit and the excellent work of Damon and Randy. They were at the house at the appointed time, and went about the task of removing a 30+ year-old furnace and installing the new one cheerfully, effeciently, and professionally. I will definitely recommend this firm and team of technicians to friends and family in the future.

Holland's technitions JARED and ERIK did a great job installing our heat pump, they were very polite and Professional. They even figured out we had a blockage in one of the vents. Thank you for the help! and MATT URCH came out a few days later to help with other heating problems and He to was a HUGE help to us and very professional, and detailed.

I would absolutely recommend Holland Heating!! After purchasing a house that had sat vacant for 5 years, we had no idea what to expect as the nights got colder. A rep from Holland heating came out the same night they were contacted and within days had our new furnace. The two techs Holland sent out; Cliff & Job were fanastic and answered all of our questions. They went above and beyond helping us with their knowledge and skills. When we replace the central air in the house, we are requesting Cliff & Job. Thank You Holland Heating for your expertise and the knowledge of your workers.

Customer service absolutely stinks. Why do you think they are NOT on Trane's web site as a 'comfort care specialist'. Picks a contractor that's is recommended by Trane and look at their reviews. If Trane would not pick them .. then why should you. It plain and simple. And Holland Heating's prices .. oh ... you'll see. It compares to shop. Your homes heating and cooling is too important to make a mistake.

I was very impressed with Roger who came to my house for a service call. He explained everything he was doing, what he found, and how he fixed it. He answered all my questions as well as showed me what he was talking about. He was honest and told me there would not be a charge (even for coming out) because what needed to be fixed was the company's responsibility. I was so impressed with his honesty (even though it should be expected) because I know there are those that could and would take advantage knowing that I wouldn't know any different. Roger went above and beyond by staying to check out a few other things and offering advice about some general maintenance tasks that I would not have even thought about. He was very friendly and personable and thanks to him I feel more knowledgeable and capable of maintaining this aspect of my home. Thank you Roger!

We just had Holland out last Tuesday/Wednesday to install a new heat pump for us. This was our second time using them. The first was to install a new furnace at our old house a few years ago. They did a great job both times.



Had a little bump in the road on Tuesday when they were supposed to come out & do the install, our unit hadn't come in and they didn't realize it until that morning but the whole Holland team went above and beyond to pick it up and get it installed by the next day. REALLY IMPRESSED that the service manager (Randy) came to our home late Wednesday afternoon and worked until late that night with Matt to make sure the job got done because his other employees got tied up.



Huge thanks to Cliff, Tony, Matt & Randy you guys were great and we'll use you again and recommend you to all of our friends!

Ask for Jordon Sneller. he worked on my Air unit today 6/21/2012 in Lapeer and did

a great professional job! His attitude was great, good to speak with and I was very satisfied with his work and the company.

We have never had better service by awesome people! Holland Heating is an A+ company. Matt Urch came and fixed our air conditioning put in by another company and saved us a lot of money. He gave us confidence that the system is as it should be. Thanks Matt and Holland Heating!

The response was very good. My warranty was not even brought up! The technician, Matt Urch was very professional and concise. I understood the repairs made to my system. I have used Holland for many years and have never been disappointed.

TJ and Tony(2) recently installed a new gas furnace and central AC. They were both extremely helpful and professional. I have already told many friends about their careful installation and removal of our old units. Thank you for your excellent work - we know it was a long day but we appreciated the great job!!!

I needed a new furnace so I called Holland Heating to come and look at. Scott came out and showed me just how an new and efficient furnace can be. I was blown away at what I found out I could be saving in my energy bill. I ordered a new furnace and a/c and it was installed the next day.

The next day when the techs came to install my new comfort system I was highly impressed with them as well. When they left my house was cleaner than I left it. Needless to say I was very impressed with the whole expierence. Bravo to you Holland Heating!
