Of course just like every apartment community, the management staff will tell you exactly what you want to hear and treat you like gold. This place is AWFUL! Constant parties in the parking lot, loud music basing and don't bother telling management because they won't do anything. The bedroom windows face the parking lot so you can imagine how much sleep you can get. No breed restrictions, huge dogs running around, chained up on people's patios and no one feels it necessary to clean up after their dog either. ROACHES! ROACHES! They are horrible. I am an extremely ---- person about my house and I can't get rid of them. They Already had to fire one pest control company and now TERMINEX can't even keep up with the roach outbreak. Parking is a nightmare, broken down cars and no visitor parking so forget trying to park anywhere near your building. One dumpster that doesn't get emptied enough because by the time the weekend comes there is trash piled up around the dumpster as high as the fence. One month rent is due the 5th, the next month the 4th and then the 3rd. I guess whenever they can dish out the most $100 late fees. Staff very unprofessional and actually laughed about the issues going on here. I have a 3yo and pregnant and would not trust my kids here. Car alarms constantly going off from people messing with you cars. Just not a safe or sanitary place to live. BEWARE! is the only word I have for this place. Can not wait to move from here.
