We had tried three computer companies, and were disappointed with all three! Then we tried Total Computing and had two computers serviced. Work was complete in no time, and totally satisfied. Friendly and answer questions. TCS will be our service company from now on!

Just a few weeks ago, my computer crashed. I was able to get it back up and running again myself, but then I realized that a lot of the important files on my hard drive had become corrupted in the process. It only took these guys 2 days to completely recover the files for me. Thanks guys, you really saved the day for me. I will be recommending you to all of my friends!

The laptop that I use for work everyday got infected with a "fake anti-virus" virus and was basically unusable. I dropped it off with Nathan in the morning and he called me before the end of the day to let me know that he was able to get it finished ahead of schedule - I couldn't believe the fast turn around time! I highly recommend using Total Computing Solutions for any sort of computer problems that you might run into! One of my computers was running so slow that I could hardly even surf the web with it anymore. I was worried that I would have to spend a fortune to either upgrade it or buy a new one. Nathan did a diagnostic on it and told me that the hardware was actually in good shape and that all I needed was their premium optimization service, which cost me less than $100. I also chose to add some additional memory at his recommendation. I got my system back in less than 2 days and now it runs better than when I first bought it 2 years ago! Highly recommended!

I brought my laptop to Total Computing Solutions after another local IT service provider was unable to remove a virus from it. The other provider said that the virus was too serious to remove and that they would have to erase everything on my computer and start over. This was not acceptable to me, so I went searching for a second opinion and thankfully I found these guys! They were able to completely remove the virus from my computer without loosing any of my data or reloading Windows!
