June 2018 came out gave us a quote for a two day job, would work us in, be a few weeks, maybe 3. fast forward, August, 2019--still hearing the same thing. I know I was a work in for 2018, was told in sept, that they would get it done for sure in October, no later then 1st part of November. cause everything would be done for the season. Always have to call them, we called about 4 to 6 weeks through the end of September, 1st of October. started calling again in March, 2019--thought for sure I would be at the top of the list for 2019---apparently not. Finally did come out and look at it again in 2019 after numerous calls, because it had, of course, gotten worse in all that time. more promises, and triple the price we agreed on in 2018. still they have not shown up. Pool contractor I know that lives a great distance from here, told me there is no excuse for a reputable and knowledgeable contractor, that knows what he is doing, to take so long to do a two day job. I agree.
