AWEFUL!! 1st time customer .. I pasted subway, tubbys, Jersey Mikes, Gaberlles and local deli. ect to get there.

I went because of the $1 promo, on my facebook and decided to try them. I got there shortly after 3 and was told promo was only from 11-3 ,, showed the fb post where it did not show that. information, but I was basically called a liar..

Josh the mgr, spoke to me like I was a small dumb child..

WE went round and round... I even called customer service at 217-356-9900. (while I was in the store)

I was told they were very busy, most of Jimmy Johns are privately owned, and someone will get back to me in a few days.. The whole experience was a Bait and Switch... bottom line.... Don't Pay for Someone to treat you badly ! please don't shop there. still angry at his smug.. get out face... as he said goood bye....

All I have to say is don't ever get a delivery order from here...They took 2 hours to bring my food, by the time I called to have them cancel it the guy was just showing up..the ice melted in my drink, it was warm...and on top of all that, they gave me the wrong sub.
