Horrible experience, and this was not the first time. The pictures say it all, and after voicing my dissatisfaction in the service, the braider argued with me and asked me to leave the salon. This mess was $150

bad bad bad.... braid fell out within a week... they did not look proffessional. My hair showed thru the braids when I got home a really looked at my hair... the lady left 30 minute and no one done my hair until she came back it took 8 hours instead of 4 and i had big braids... just horrible... i wish i would have look on here be fore i went

Came to get goddess braids as I always do, and the lady they assign me never said she didn't know how to all she kept saying was your hair is natural so once find he's I looked and said hell no and asked for a refund.... One it looked like somebody just threw some braids into my hair and 2 being natural shouldn't be a problem considering it's an African braid shop. Horrible

The people are nice it's comfortable but they need to have more color selections and more up to date styles

they were the best when to came to get hair braided. they have done mine for the past 10 years. I have driven all the way from NC to have it done. The last time they braided my hair, half the bck of my head came undone. I called & he wanted me to come bck but I wasn't driving 5 hours back. There work is going downhill and bad work is starting to show.
