I strongly suggest to not use this firm.



They do not communicate and they drop the ball. Furthermore their office staff is rude and Britt Brown is not accountable.



My experience with them was one of the worst experiences in my career. As a result of dealing with them it cost my company money, time and disruption.



Their explanation was that I was not their number one client. So unless you are their number one client then appartently they feel justified to do a terrible job for you.
