BIt experience here the manager made me so upset.off family brought me a cell phone from here and gave it to me for my birthday and the phone started malfunctioning It would not make phone calls and it kept shutting down I go to the same Walgreen that she went to buy the phone and the man tells me I can't help you. I'm not going to go no further than this. He even saw that they carried the same phone and told me yea well all Walgreens carry this phone. not once did he even suggest that I call the carrier and request for another he was not very helpful
