Got this house 2 years ago something was wrong with the upstairs air conditioner so the previous owners got it fixed from this company and not even one year later it stopped working so I called them to get it fixed they came and looked at it it should have been covered under warranty but they refused so I decided to just find someone else but since it was July and we started used window ac I figure I might as well wait till next year since my family was out of town anyway! This year I called someone else and they saw one of the air compressor fans outside was missing a disconnect switch and asked me where it was I said I didn’t know cuz these people were the last ones to come out to see what’s wrong with jt! I called them the same day the new technician told me it was missing and they refused they toke it and hung up on me! They were trying to blame me that I toke it!! Why would I take it and add more money to my bill????? I had no one else till recently to come take a look at it and the lady claims someone must have came by and stole it??? What sense does that even make??????
