I called 08/12/2019 2:25pm (Central time) to sale department to request a document, lady voice was rude and she was talking aggressively. what a rude service.

I only selected a "1" because I had to. They are ridiculous. My son was rear ended by one of their insured in June. I have reached out regarding what to do about his damaged truck for almost 3 months with comments that they are "still investigating". He rear ended my son...caused whip-lash, and caused him to rear-end someone else. He is 17 and we cannot afford another vehicle. You have the police report. DO YOUR JOB! I will place this on every review site daily until I hear what will be done!
