I go to this store all the time . The negative reviews must be from people from the big city(Baton Rouge) they must have had a bad attitude after using the Kip Holden loop to get to Watson . The employees are great , they will special order any part you will ever need and no they are not open on Sunday .

I needed a lawn mower belt & looked this company up to see if they were open on Sunday. The ad says they are so I went. They weren't open! I wasted my time and gas and had to wait for a police officer to direct church traffic on the main highway. The operating hours need to be updated ASAP. Otherwise this review will be the only clue that they aren't open on Sunday.

When I submitted an email to this company about its operating hours, a representative responded, in all caps, that they didn't post the hours, that their Facebook hours ARE correct. I responded by saying that I don't have a Facebook account. Not everyone has their heads up Facebook!! Anticipating ALL of your customers needs would be appropriate!



The representative wasn't even polite enough to leave their name on the email!

I was a customer inquiring about prices of racing gas...man who answered the phone and very rude to me and I will not call there ever again or even recommend them to anybody.
