We called for advice on size selection and after explaining that we are doing yard cleanup, they confirmed we can get the a 10-yard dumpster, which is 2 tons plus $60 for every extra ton. Later their driver explained that he is not able to lift the truck because this dumpster is too high and unstable.
However, the management said that they cant lift it because its too heavy and it is our fault because it's over 10 tons. NOTE: Their website does not state that all dumpsters have maximum weight.

We had to pay for a second dumpster and now they are charging us addition money for the extra weight. But here is the math:
Dumpster 1 base weight = 2 tons
Dumpster 1 additional weight = 2.38 tons
Dumpster 2 base weight = 2 tons
Dumpster 2 additional weight = 1.85 tons

Total weight is 8.23, therefore less than 10 tons so we were not over weight and we should not pay for the second dumpster.

Here is the money math for your incompetent employees as well:
1. Option 1: If you didnt lie that we are over weight
Dumpster 1 - 2 tons base weight = $375
Dumpster 1 - 6.23 tons additional weight = $373.8
Total $748.8
2. Option 2: Lying to your clients to make more money
Dumpster 1 - 2 tons base weight = $375
Dumpster 1 - 2.38 tons additional weight = $142.8
Dumpster 2 - 2 tons base weight = $300
Dumpster 2 - 1.85 tons additional weight = $111
Total $928.8
