I took an antique armiore hinge that broke into B&B and within one day it was repaired! This may not sound like a big deal, but I had literally searched the entire USA for a replacement hinge for my antique and was devastated when I came up empty handed. B&B's no problem, "it was nothing" attitude touched my heart and made my day. Thank you so much.
