I have gone to Dr. Chappell for just over three years and at first it seemed a little like he was hounding me, but guess what; the results have been very positive and I now understand that a little persistant hounding is what works. I have lost 100 pounds, am taking less blood pressure medicine, and my A1c has dropped by almost 1.5 points. I got myself in my situtation, and he got me to listen and I am now getting out of it. Dr. Chappell is great, and I thank him. I plan to lose 60 more pounds and then yeah, I will be normal sized and will live a heck of a lot longer. He is the kind of Doctor a diabetic needs. I strongly recommend him and this practice.
