I'm gonna give a very honest review about my experience living in this property because I still living in here for 8 years.
My apartment is leaking from the ceiling all the time, they came over 6 times and never fix the source of the problem, vinyl floor workers did a crap job, I'm really sick and tired of this, nobody should go through this specialty when you are paying $2137 dollars. Don't get me wrong they are nice people, but being nice is not enough when you paying that much money in the apartment, There is a lack of management as if the property is being run by the maintenance crew. I don't think I'm gonna renew my leasing next year, I like the location, but the new management let me down with this poor quality updated unit.
