Dave Brown is the property manager for the condo I rent. He has not provided a set of HOA rules, and failed to do so after multiple requests for nearly two years. However I have scheduled my move out and have been told that day is in violation of the HOA rules, and I will be fined. I asked how much the fine is, and he told me it is a promise that I will be fined. If you can avoid renting a property he manages, do so. I can't speak for his skills as a realtor, only his lack of transparency as a property manager. Caveat emptor!
