Provided by YP.comOver the past three years I've made a routine of going here with my grandson twice a week for lunch. Today some Jerk named Tim took 45 minutes to make a grilled cheese sandwich, which isn't a huge deal, but when I complained, he started harassing me in front of the other customers about "entitled" moms in the neighborhood. First of all, I'm a grandma, and I am entitled to good service and politeness. I've spent over a $100 there per month at your coffee shop. And, no, Tim, I'm not entitled, and don't appreciate being the victim of your reverse classism. I will never be back. Also, your cafe is always too hot, plays crappy music, and has a ton of flies. YUCK
