went in to try and pawn a watch, First they are friendly to a point, mabe not too willing to listen but are friendly, the person that was talking to me was definatley making it clear they are by the book, he was very informative about the process, but unwilling himself to check or get an idea of what the item is, does, or even worth unless all paperwork is in order first. If you were to sell or pawn something there i would really suggest thinking about it carefully because chances are if they are not willing to take 5 mins just to look it up and get an idea before going to management, they may be under valuing your item and buying aspect you may not get what you think your paying for. In the end may want to speak to someone knowledged in that particular item otherwise you got a 50/50 chance getting screwed or treated as a nobody.
