I took my car into this business recently. Not only did they charge and arm and a leg for a battery (of their choosing, not once giving me a choice of any others), but the man I dealt with was extremely rude. I felt condescended to on the phone and ignored in person. When I made a complaint, the owner did apologize, saying "He's just like that." Furthermore, my car continued to have the same problem it had before I brought it in. So, I took it elsewhere, where I received wonderful service AND proper repairs.



Incidentally, I've worked customer service for the bulk of my working life. If you're going to have some rude curmudgeon as the face of your business, you will lose customers.
