To go elsewhere. They have me held captive and must know it as they are about the only company in Chicago that rebuid the sleeves for air condioners in hi rise buldings. The service man shows up 4 hours late and does not call. This happened twice. He rebuilt the sleeve yet never even checked or serviced the two air conditioner units as was also promised. The Vice President of the company, Alice also never sent out the estimates as promised to my email and says checking the A/C's were never in her estimate. It is a schlock operation. I will do my best to seek other companies to fix the other sleeve.
