This company employees workers that are far from professional. I get weekly harassing phone calls about a loan I am paying off. I have expressed on several occasions not to call me at work and I was called at work again. When I explained to Courtney that I stated not to call me at work he told me I needed to be more professional. I told him to talk to his manager and he hung up on me. When calling back trying to speak to his manager he got loud with me and when I asked him is he being professional he hung up on me. So I understand that people go through financial difficulties but disrespecting to a customer is not how to handle a situation. I don’t recommend this company at all if you need a loan go to advance America they are more adult and respectful.
