Provided by YP.comMy mom was happy with the care that was given here. However the administration staff does NOT make it a priority to inform the family about the availability of beds and what the insurance will cover. My mom was sent to the emergency room after complaining to staff about being handled roughly. When it was time for her to return, we were told she couldn't come back because they didn't have a bed for her...WOW! I later found this not to be true! All of their beds are dual certified for medicare and medicaid. This was done because they did not want to deal with a patient who has dementia. THIS I NOT GOOD OR PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE!!!
