Import cars

Extreme waste of money and time. They don't have enough import knowledge but wont turn down a job for the money. My car needs expensive work after they failed to do it correctly.

Lady D I am not aware of the problem that arose with your repair we are willing to make right anything that ever goes wrong with a service we provide! If you will contact us i would like to be able to make it right as we always do. We work on thousands of imports and have technicians that are trained and capable of doing repair to imports quite frankly its a large part of our business if something went wrong i can only make it right if we know about it and to my knowledge I have not been contacted about this. Your call back to us or response immediately would be greatly appreciated. ALL of our work is warrantied and its not a problem if we are contacted to correct a problem.

I do not recommend taking a BMW to DFR. I do not believe they will turn down work on any vehicle and lose out on getting your money. Id rather be told no we dont do certain repairs than to have to go back three times and still end up with a squeeling car that ill Never be able to resale for what Its worth because It sounds like somethings very Wrong with It. Take your BMW to BMW or to an imports only specialist not DFR.
