Provided by YP.comThe sign in the window tells you that if your check engine light is on that they can diagnose the problem. Well I've been there several times and everytime I go I'm told that the equipment isn't working. Really? The little handheld thing? Because I am a female they think I don't know any better. I think this comes from poor customer service and not wanting to go outside to do it. If it's not gonna be done then I think they should take the sign out of the window or hire people that don't mind doing their jobs. Check your staff!!
