I will only use Ginger and Terri's. I started using them at age 14 for my pageant gowns when I lived in the surrounding area and have been going there since for bridesmaid dresses, zippers, gowns, business suits, etc. I drive all the way from Tallahassee to use them because I know my alterations will be done correctly. Yes it's a small building, however I have never had issues with my stuff being "dirty" or Ms. Ginger or Ms.Terri being rude. I know my alterations will be of professional quality and priced correctly! They've had me as a loyal client for at least 8 years.

Rude and very impersonal. Had a bridesmaid dress altered (very minor alterations needed). Took over a month and cost $75 dollars! Insane amount of money for something so small. Will never do business with Ginger and Terri again and will recommend for others to do the same. Also, the space was very messy and cluttered. Dresses were laying on the dirty floor and one of the owners was even stepping on a dress that was there being altered due to not having a clear space to stand. Just an awful experience all around. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.

Ginger was very rude and unprofessional. I mentioned about a wedding dress I recently brought how it was dirty at the bottom and i didn't have a turn around time for the dry cleaners to clean it because it was short notice. Ginger snapped at me telling me that if I am going to have problems with the dress being dirty then I might as well take it to another location. I am a Soldier who has served my country multiple times and I don't deserve from anyone to be treated like I need them and they cannot be replaced. I learned my lesson and she doesn't have to worry about my business any longer. SO TO ANY BRIDES OUT THERE AND ON THE MILITARY BASE IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR BEAUTIFUL WEDDING DRESS TO COME BACK TO YOU DIRTY AT THE BOTTOM (LIKE THE FLOOR WAS NEVER CLEANED) I WOULD ADVISE YOU TAKE YOUR DRESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I have used Ginger & Terri several times to have shirts altered or patches sewn on a jacket. They were always nice and had my clothes finished in a timely manner. Great prices too. I would recommend them to anyone needing alterations done.

They were amazing! They were the only place in town that could have my dress taken in in less than a week. The day before it was supposed to be done I had a change to my schedule and wouldn't have been able to pick my dress up in time for my event so I called them two hours before they closed and they had it done in an hour! They were very and pleasant helpful.
