Great doctor. Got back fairly quickly. Kind and professional

When I asked to make sure my my husbands insurance would cover this, they assured me it did. He has Medicare A and Humana insurance. The receptionist told me they did not take Humana, but it was covered under Medicare A. Well, it wasn't. It is covered under Medicare B, which he does not have. They refused to even discount my bill for THEIR mistake. Told me I was responsible for making sure it was covered on my insurance. I thought I had, by asking them. I will never use this place again, even if I have insurance in the future that would cover it. The wait time was very long also.
