I am an older person with my first cell phone and very little technical skills. I have gone in here twice and even though I am not a Mobile customer I was treated with the utmost courtesy and wasn't rushed in any way. I was taught the differences in phones, plans, and how to set up my phone to optimize my data, etc. I love this place and the helpfulness they extended. I found it amazing that this amount of time and knowledge was given to a non-customer and in such a professional manner.
