HOrrible Prices, Gouging us to no end! Cant believe this company is still in business! I would almost rather go to a big box (though I would NEVER go to a big box for computer services).

I went to Tri-State Computers because my Laptop was not booting up. They quickly found the problem - a bad hard drive, and yet were still able to retrieve my data off my hard drive (thank goodness!). They made an exact identical of my hard drive's data by cloning it, and set everything back up on the new hard drive so it was ready to go for me like nothing ever even happened. Now I get my data backed-up regularly through Tri-State Computers. They set it up so it does it automatically in the background for me and I don't even have to bring it down to them! I got $15 off my service with the promotion they were running, and they did all this for me in under 3 hours, so I didn't have to spend a ton of money! Thanks Tri-State!
