The only one worth working with at this dealership is Alfredo. We weren't sure about this dealership because no one's heard of it and there aren't any reviews, but they had the vehicle and the price we wanted so we decided to give it a try. Dan/Chad was the first contact we had off the KSL ad but when he got to the dealership he wasn't even in UT and acted annoyed that we were calling him (business bothers you???). The other salesman we talked to just gave us the number of Alfredo, didn't even bother transferring us or seeing what he could help us with. Alfredo is the man. Period. He went out of his way-that's saying a lot for an auto salesman- to see what we were looking for, answered all our questions, was very patient and not in any way pushy or overbearing. His honesty and excellent customer service won us over. It took us an extra day to get everything settled with our auto loan and he was very understanding-went above and beyond, exceeded our expectations with our buying experience. Alfredo totally made this an outstanding experience for us.
