Do NOT rent an RV from these people! Ours was a nightmare and we were not given the opportunity of any upgrade or any compensation for our troubles! I would like to have known, IN ADVANCE, that they were renting us a road hazard; then we would have had options. We didn't find all the problems until getting down I-75 a little way. It was almost like they polished it up hoping we wouldn't notice the problems! Upon returning the RV, my husband was just simply told that they already knew that the RV they rented us, AT FULL PRICE, was in very poor shape and needed to be returned to the manufacturer. UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and we will NEVER DO THIS AGAIN!!
