Provided by YP.comI'm a long time member, at least 10 years and was happy with services received for the first 9. This past year customer service has slipped significantly. Most recent example is: They changed companies who service their credit cards which lead to my card unexpectedly being unusable. This left me without a credit card to make travel arrangements for the holiday.

They put off answering questions and do not call back. Refused services because "they don't do that" even though all other credit unions do. I'd recommend going to a "full service" credit union instead.
