Jeremy was very rude. Never showed up for a scheduled appointment. He said he could come out after a week or so after he blamed him missing the appointment on his phone. I missed work waiting for him and received no apology. I asked to speak to Scott because I didn't like jeremy's tone of voice and condescending attitude and got a reply of "I don't want to deal with you anyways" and was hung up on.
